3.1 has been anything but a disappointment for me.
"The Argent Tournament is a joke."
I don't really see what's a joke about the Argent Tourney. It's easy, yes, but it's meant to be! It's for casuals! I know quite a few people who play the game casually that love the Argent Tourney because it lets them interact with the game in a new and different way from their usual diet of running dailies or farming for gold.
"Ulduar is boring."
Are you kidding me? Have you killed anything in Ulduar? Flame Leviathan is an absolute thrill, even on its very easy normal mode. On Hard Mode? It's like driving a tank through a fireworks show! There's more excitement in the first boss of Ulduar than in all of Naxx put together.
I admit, there are issues with some of the mechanics, and bosses that I don't particularly care for - Auriya, with her "pull it right or wipe instantly" strategy, is a good example. But Razorscale, Ignis, XT, Freya, Iron Council... those are all incredibly rich encounters with a ton of detail and excitement. I can't wait to reach the last few bosses.
