I find the Argent Tournament quite fun.
And I finally obtained my Crusader title this morning! (get all the achievements in the AT and the title will follow).

The AT offers a lot:
- nice new titles
- a new fun mechanic with the mounts
- new ways to gain rep with the home cities (and with this, hopefully putting out of business the runecloth farmers)
- quick to complete daily quests, half of them based on the new speared mounted fighter mechanic

I do believe more will follow. You don't get the right to represent your cities for nothing.

And more to it, there is a huge arena getting build in the middle of the AT. Right now, it's under construction. I expect it to become a fully 1v1 Arena soon, where players will compete on the mounts. And all this... when Blizzard will finally implement the system :))

There are also a lot of vanity items that come with the tournament:
- new pets
- new mounts
- new tabards

For those after the achievements, these are nice to have! Too bad the cost is ridiculous (considering you get 5 badges/day):
- pet is 40 badges (8 days)
- tabard is 50 badges (10 days!!)
- mount is 100 badges (20 days lol)
- flying mount is 250 badges (just a couple of month of every day doing the quests rofl).

One other thing about the tournament - is finally something where you only get rewards. No stress.
The Arena is fun, yet losing games is stressful.
The Raiding is fun, but when you wipe and wipe is stressful.

In the AT, you can compete only against the NPC, and you still get tokens.

It's only a win situation!
