I have to disagree with many of the comments there.
1. Ulduar is insanely fun - to the point where I find myself PuGing the 10-man just for the fun of it (99% of upgrades for me are from 25-man)
2. It's not that hard to find an Ulduar 10 PuG. I've PuGed the place up to Hodir and we only quit because it was 2 a.m. and people had to go to bed.
3. The argent tournament jousting isn't as hard and frustrating as many people here make it out to be. I'm yet to loose to one of the argent champions. The only ones that can give me some trouble are the Boneguard Commanders during the Battle Before The Citadel quest.
That said, I do agree that the tournament feels a little empty, the whole "speak to an argent lady before you can start any of the dailies" feels very clunky since she's positioned in a remote part of the camp, and I have to admit that for my part, I enjoyed "The Island" much better. The place felt much more alive, not just because of the story line but because of the sheer amount of active NPCs and open PvP.
My 2 cents. :)
