For the raptors, you forgot an important and effective trick.

Pull 3 raptors when he is at the back of the pen.

DPS them to near dead, pull Dred.
Burn them down, then have a dps grab the rest and burn them down. The debuff won't matter as the raptors won't get enough bleeds to bother your healer.
