Mages and Hunters continue to be top DPS, but Rogues and Warlocks? I rarely see them up top, especially Rogues. I think Blizzard might be misjudging their DPS classes. I see Death Knights, Paladins and Druids above Rogues and Warlocks most of the time in DPS.

Then you play with bad rogues. A proper rogue should be on top or close to it unless it's a very unfavorable fight.

I never see our guild rogues on the top three anymore and they are great players at what they do. It's usually mages or hunters>locks>warriors/DK's etc... and so on after that.

In my guild, its Rogues first almost always, then warlocks, then hunters, then mages.
We even laughed a few times, because we got EXACTLY that: 3 rogues, then 3 warlocks, then 3 hunters...
It's sad when the class you're playing has more impact on our DPS than individual skill, or even gear.
My complaint about my Hunter is not so much about DPS, but that they turned it into a BC-style shadow priest: always waiting on cooldowns. Especially Surv, which is the "rox" spec these days. To me, watching timers, especially CD timers (even more than DOTs), is no fun at all, and distracts from enjoying the fight.
I also don't like the total obscurity of various gears and bonuses. Even reading elitistjerks.com, I don't know if I need more crit, haste, arpen... On top of that, they change those mechanics way too frequently and violently. My Disc priest is in the process of changing all his gear from Crit to anything else, since Blibli out of the blue made crit almost worthless for Disc priests in 3.1... whereas it was THE key stat before. Months of farming Naxx in the trash can, and I'm not even a (dis-)enchanter.

In almost all the Naxx raids I've pugged, warlocks and rogues were at the top. My DPS as a beastmaster hunter is always competitive though, even though I've only got average gear.

I've been ahead of my guild for some time as far as gear goes, and as a Survival Hunter have been top of the charts. As rogues, mages, warlocks caught up to my gear level, things started to level off a bit.
Rogues followed by warlocks are the ones chasing me, with mages a distant fourth. Never been challenged by a hybrid class, except Priests on encounters that include multiple mobs.
Over the last few Ulduar encounters, I've been pulling ahead by anything up to 1k DPS. Beyond the fact that I've spent a lot more time learning my class, the only thing I can put this down to is ArP increase.
