Not having a plan ahead of time was a mistake. But its understandable - sometimes you progress faster than you thought you would: we took a pack of new raiders still in 'quest greens and blues' into Naxx-10 this week and almost cleared the place, whereas we had expected to wipe endlessly in Spider while training them.Going forward, a clear plan should be laid out. But, the two healers that are refusing to heal for the guild now? /gkick. Using a 'drama solution' in response to choice made in a surprise moment is not acceptable. If the choice made was good or bad - either way, the others need to realize the situation under which it was made, and go forward. The proper solution for those healers would be to open up a discussion on how to craft a solution for the next time it came up - and moving forward from there.Granted, there is only one legitimate person for that item to go to, and that happens to be whichever healer is most loyal to the guild. That is an unfortunately hard call to make in Wrath, which with its extreme healer rarity promotes disloyal behavior in healers...An item of this level of rarity cannot be assigned on a roll method or a DKP method. It simply has to be loot council, and has to be whatever serves the guild, not its individual members.
