"The only fault I can say in this situation is being unprepared." I agree on the fact that being unprepared is a mistake they have made. And they are feeling the consequences from it as well. But the reaction the other healers make is wrong. I agree a 100% they should've discussed this matter before even going in Ulduar (my guild had a lootcouncil deciding who'll get it without any of the possible candidates 2 weeks before 3.1. hit). The reason people may be unhappy has also something to do with the decision being made the moment itself. I agree on that (you shouldn't understand me wrong). I just feel, even if the decision is made before or after or while looting a piece, there will always be people who agree, cba who get it or be annoyed and disappointed with the decision. I suppose that's just human nature, the difference would've been is if they made the decision 2 weeks before they had 2 weeks time to talk it over with the other healers while now, they're in the middle of Ulduar with 2 healers refusing to heal.
So, I agree with your comment, not making the decision before a fragment dropped IS WRONG, but the way healers are reacting IS WRONG too. That's what I wanted to point out, you cannot please everyone.
