Unless there is another epic quest chain in Nagrand I missed.

Maybe they also mean the chain about the dying Naaru in Oshu'gun, that Alliance don't even have an inkling about, since we have no quests that go anywhere near Oshu'gun(Durn the Hungerer aside). Seems pretty big to one like me who never got to experience that chain.
