Why are there no quests that come wiht the raids. Like in Kara there were a bunch of quests you could do, and rep you could gain. Same with AQ, MC, BWL, (i assume old naxx but i dont know if there were some)
Why did Blizz decide not to add quest to help flesh out story in the new raids?

OS and VoA has nothing but thats just for reason. They are short raids afterall. Besides more story are told in raid itself not quest that some people might or might not get.
