I think with the introduction of Dual Spec many players will consider rolling characters that have multi use capabilities. Paladins and Druids, for example, can tank, DPS, and Heal. Priests and Shamans can DPS and Heal.

I think this will cause an increase in the numbers of these classes and may be the reason why some have rolled these classes in the past - even if it meant paying piles of gold to respec often.
