There's just one problem in your post. You are claiming rogues to be OP class, when they easily kill you if they have stacked tenacy. Can someone win you if you got 4x your hp with tenacy?

What if the rogue who gets you by surprise doesn't have tenacy? I think there is no way you couldn't survive from stuns of one rogue, at least if you got epic plate gear. Back in the days when there was no diminishing returns your "I just stare at my char being abused by OP rogue" argument would have been valid. After diminishing returns and pvp trinkets came, there has been no way to actually stunlock anyone to death.
