As a looong time perfect raid user and non-healer , I switched to Grid recently, and managed to set it up to look exactly like Perfectraid.
One column sorted by classes, pets on/off, vehicles on/off, Maintanks on/off (I evend ditched Ora2's MT frames thanks to this feature)

It gives a great overview over the raid without being as invasive as the standard Blizz-pullout frames or Xperl.
