I prefer AzCastBar over Quartz. Quartz just wasn't my style, at all. ACB has latency as an option as well.

MSBT is another one that I tried but didn't like at all. I'm a Parrot fan for scrolling combat text.

I'll be giving Afflicted and Debuff Filter a try to see how I like them for their purpose - I hadn't ever heard of either before.
