when i refreshed the page, i saw a drop down. i selected 1 tickets and hit continue. i was then taken to the blizzard store, showing me other products that i could buy. my cart showed empty so i went back to the ticket page and once i selected the 1 ticket again, i was in position 4500.

only glitch i found. but thankfully my bro got in a better position and got me tickets.
