Great system! I was about 4000th in line. The wait was only 13 minutes. When it said I had less than a minute, it was really about 4 minutes, but that's an unpredictable time. Blizz did it right--AJAX client-side refresh of the page (I assume) and the actual purchase was for the tickets themselves--you fill in the attendee names later.

I love a company that can learn from its mistakes.

Blizz, you rock!
