I've been reading the comments from some of our recent posts and realized that there is quite a bit of mismatch between players and guilds. There are casual players in hardcore guilds that find themselves being passed over in content. There are hardcore players in casual guilds that don't get to move on to things they want. Some players need a higher level of maturity.There are usually a handful of guilds recruiting in the Guildwatch column, but I think, for today, we can do better. Raid/active time*: Mon, Wed, and Thurs from 7pm - 11pm eastern time for Ulduar 25. We run Naxx 25s on sundays to gear new members. Many of our members put together 10 man raids throughout the week, just make sure to check the calender!
Accomplishments: we are progressing through Ulduar 25 quite nicely. We downed Freya last Wed and are heading towards Thorim and Mimiron

Accomplishments: Cleared Naxx10/25, OS8, and OS10 1D.
Goals: Clearing Naxxramas as a full guild (without the regular assistance of another guild), and starting on Ulduar.
Who we are: We are a social, helpful, mature guild of (mainly) raiders looking for more members to advance with us in raiding content. Though a handful of us are ready for Ulduar-10, a larger guild will be running us through Naxx-25 until we are fully geared or can make runs on our own.
What we're looking for: Mainly healers and ranged DPS for 10-mans, and all roles for 25-mans.

Raid/active time*: Mondays and Wednesday from 8 to 11 server, ask you be online for 7:45. We will pug spots as required.
Accomplishments: Naxx 10, OS 10, and up to Hodir in Ulduar 10. We have cleared Naxx 25 with pugs.
Goals: A guild with only 30 raiders in it.
So everyone knows everyone and are happy to work together. And we hope it limits loot drama as well.
Who we are: We are a guild of Adults (average age around 30) who want to get to know the people we raid with. Our goal is to have a very set roster of raiders so that we all know our rolls in each encounter. Most of us have multiple level 80's. And we try to be flexible so we can all run our different characters when the mood strikes us. We don't like loot drama. We are happy to help guild members gear up.
What we're looking for: Any class except for DK's and Hunters ATM. We still need 11 more raiders for our 25 man roster. We currently have all the tanks we need, still need 2 more healers, and dps.
