I've been reading the comments from some of our recent posts and realized that there is quite a bit of mismatch between players and guilds. There are casual players in hardcore guilds that find themselves being passed over in content. There are hardcore players in casual guilds that don't get to move on to things they want. Some players need a higher level of maturity.There are usually a handful of guilds recruiting in the Guildwatch column, but I think, for today, we can do better. Accomplishments: We're 5 bosses into Ulduar 10. Nothing special. But we raid in the daytime and recruiting is tough!
Goals: To get a 25-man raid team assembled and stop with the 10-man progression.
Who we are: a bunch of people who raid in the daytime. We're probably not on much at night, most of us have second/third shift jobs or are in Europe and sleeping.
What we're looking for: preferably people who are geared up to being able to do ulduar content successfully. Not terribly picky as long as you're 80 and know how to play, we'll start 25-Naxx runs in-guild if we get a 25-man group to gear up the undergeared folks if necessary.

Accomplishments: 10 and 25 naxx on farm for alts, and are currently making our way through 10 ulduar (Razorscale and Deconstructor down, Ignis is next on our hit list!)
Goals: Hot, fat, steamy, shiny, pretty LOOTS. Loots for all of our members. And downing 10 Ulduar. And having a blast doing it!
Who we are: We are a laid back, semi-casual, drama free raiding guild. We enjoy running instances, pvping, and just hanging out on vent in our spare time. We love exploring new content, and bashing around in old content.

Who we are: The fighting Irish is a raiding guild steadily moving toward killing Yogg 25 and then working on Ulduar hard modes. We're serious when we're in a raid, but when we're not zoned in we have have plenty of cool, mature players who like to grab a pint and goof-off chatting in vent and PvPing. We also throw the best St. Patrick's day party/raid in WoW!

In Ulduar we are 10/13 atm. Missing Mimiron, Vezax and Yoggy
Goals: To advance in raid content as best as we can, and be one of the top guilds in the server in the near future, while still having fun and making lots of friends.
We are trying to become more competitive by getting some new likeminded people to join us.
Who we are: We are a "friendly" international raiding guild. I say "friendly" because the atmosphere in the guild is friendly and i like to consider most people in there my friends, but when it's raid time it' s serious business :D
We have people from lots of different countries like Portugal, The Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Norway and Germany.
What we're looking for: We are looking for people that have the will and time and attitude to progress in Ulduar and start doing hard modes ASAP. We want mature people who will bring the least amount of whining and drama as possible to the guild.

A DK that can tank AND dps as the situation requires
A Shadow and a holy/disc priest
A Resto/Balance druid
We may also need a mage, a holy pala and another tank (pala or warrior) in the very near future.

Accomplishments: The core raiders are familiar with all non-hard mode content save for 25-maly. (We just never bothered with him.) We're currently running 10-Naxx to gear up recruits.
Goals: To raid 25 mans again, as well as progressing in 10-Ulduar.
Who we are: A group of mature(ish) players who like to have fun while still progressing in content. We like ragging on people, and much of the discussion is rated R. Hence the (ish). We aim to be not quite hardcore, but still successful.
What we're looking for: Reliable DPS and heals who will log on for raids regularly. Reliability is key, but gear and experience aren't a huge concern. Key skills include not standing in things that hurt you, and moving when and where you need to.

Goals: Progression.
Who we are: We are a raiding guild first and foremost, but we're pretty social. I'd say that we're "mature" because "old" makes me feel like a grandma; our core raiders are mostly adults between the ages of 18 and dirt. Many of us have children that often need to be put to bed or otherwise tended to, so limited, unavoidable afks are understood. When we're raiding, we work on staying focused. Vent is for raid discussions (mostly), although sometimes we have to be reminded. I've been raiding with the guild for almost 2 years, and I really like most of my guildies, and we're a pretty loyal bunch.
Our GM likes people to read the charter before they apply, so:
We in Chi Cerca Trova believe that while good playing strategies can be learned, good player attitudes are difficult to mold. All members of the guild strive to improve themselves, each other, and thus the guild as a whole. Even good people who are not necessarily the best of players will be welcomed and given plenty of time to learn, to grow, to prove to themselves that they possess what is needed to take on the greatest challenges this game has to offer.
What we're looking for: Feral (read: Bear) druids. We need one or two reliable ferals who have the gear, spec, and experience to tank when needed.

Goals: To complete all 25-man content including hard modes.
Who we are: A PVE raiding guild where the emphasis is on the raiding over all other activities. Disciplined and focused but with a friendly atmosphere, 18+/mature players only as a rule to ensure a good fit with the existing guild environment.
What we're looking for: Primarily a few good additional healers, one more AoE tank and some DPS. Good applications of any class always considered though and genuine skill/experience supersede gear in most cases.
