The reason I don't stand near his waist and actually move closer to his right hand during the Kologarn encounter is that I'm asked to tricks of the trade and fan of knives the adds to our off tank as soon as they come up so he won't have to waste any time picking them up and we can AoE them down faster... just the way my guild does it anyway...
