I agree with this, rather than redesign WG to reward people for being at different locations, OR upping the rewards for other battlegrounds so that WG wasn't a MUST GO TO whenever it was actually up.

They simply nerfed the quests. So on Tuesday (by and large the WORST lag day) lag server wide will be just as bad as ever come raid time.
