booooo, add me to the list of sad prot pallies. I have a hard enough time meeting my socket bonus requirements as it is (and just forget about meta gems, sheeyoot).

I'll still keep the profession though, because I've found it's really helpful to my non-JC guildies, since I can toss gems to them mid-raid as they pick up new pieces. The nerf sucks, but I picked JC so I could help my group and that's not going to change =)
