Aside from Engineering, they do.

Fur Linings (LW), Master's Inscriptions (Inscription), Bracer/Glove Sockets (BS), Lightweave/Swordguard Embroidery (Tailoring), Mixology (Alch), and Ring Enchants (Enchanting) are all on par with Dragon Eyes post-nerf.

Engineering still blows, but that's never gonna change :P
