Note, Bolvar's pants. It doesn't explain how the Lich King got Bolvar, only that he currently has him. The Dragons did fly away after toasting the ground, after all. Ample time for someone to run in and grab the bodies before

But, later on, we hear the Lich King mention "I will break you... as I broke... Him"
An Orc death knight in battle-armor walks up and salutes. Sound like anyone we may know? Found out about this on a MMO champion thread, it's really quite interesting. I'll have to grab a screenshot of this myself. Maybe see if I can find out for certain who this orc is.
