I get what they're trying to do with the grey-out thing, but frankly the fact that those comments got such a strong reaction as to color them differently makes me MORE inclined to read them. Total failure IMO.

That is not a WoW.com exclusive feature. This site is part of Joystiq, and all sites relating to, and including Joystiq itself, use the comment-gray-out system. What I'm getting at, is that I don't see them changing it.
