@Jm: Their HoTs are amazing, they have a very large mana pool and, depending on the situation, they can simply switch forms and add DPS or hold a lot of damage.

Not many classes can do all that.

Honestly, if in arenas switching forms would cost a lot more mana (let's say, 30% of the mana pool), then things would be a little bit more balanced, IMHO.
