Around Azeroth: Revenge of the warlocks

Hey, remember back in vanilla WoW when warlocks were the most powerful, feared, and complained-about-on-the-forums of all the classes? Synar of <High Solstice> on Stormrage does, and he's ready to bring happy days back again by taking out the warlock's main archrival class and gear competitor. However, his attack on the mage trainers at the Wizard's Sanctum does not appear to have had the desired effect. "Sadly, his show of protest went unnoticed and the Mages went along with their business of staring blankly into their bookshelves," he wrote.
Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@gmail.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, gold seller ads, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.

You're completely correct. Vanilla WoW saw Warlocks' 40-man raid slots lowered to 4, or even 3.

Not the best screenshot ever.

Warlocks were complained about in vanilla, only briefly though. Back when 2.0 rolled out before TBC, felguards and Affliction was putting out major dps. Much more they intended, they got nerfed.

No, I don't remember things that never happened. ;)

People complained about fear in PVP back in classic (just like they complained about stun. removing player control is a bad mechanic). That was all. I re-rolled mage because locks sucked so bad in PVE (and this was back when Mages could PoM pyro a lot of classes dead). No one ever took a lock unless they wanted summons or something banished.
Bring back the ignite train plx! I want all my mage friends and I to roll each others ignites for over nine thousand DPS again.
