Breakfast Topic: Your favorite Alliance male dance?

So blue poster Ancilorn asked a question over on the EU official forums that was just offbeat enough that I thought I'd ask it here: What's your favorite Alliance Male Dance?I guess I never thought about it too much before, but really, Alliance male dances are just sort of... there. We have a bunch of old standbys. The Saturday Night Fever disco, the vaguely Cossack Dwarven dance, the old Michael Jackson Night Elf dance and that weird... thing Gnomes do.
My favorite though, is the newest one, the Draenei dance. Tunak Tun was an old nerd favorite of mine, and was actually pretty popular on the Tarew Marr server community back when I played Everquest. It's dynamic and joyful without being as unsettling as the Gnome dance or nerdy as the human dance. In fact, when we finally get dance studios, I may switch some of my non-Draenei guys to it, if possible.

The Draenei dance was funny at first, but now it just feels repetitive and boring. As a matter of fact, all alliance male dances are slow and boring. The Dwarves' dance is kinda funny, but the Gnome dance is by far the funkiest of the alliance male dances.

I agree, in fact, I find the Draenei dance the most annoying out of all of the dances due to the constant clapping.

I agree. They all kinda blow. The only reason I like the human one better is that, as a Night Elf female, when I stand in front of my human male friends, it looks like we're grinding on each other. XD

Yeah, probably gnome. As a male human our dance is about as tired as is humanly possible.

the male dances in general are meh (horde's too)
The best dancers are Forsaken females, followed by Draenei females

hmmm i dont care much for any of the dancing i just hope one day all the GNOMES will get wiped out one way or the other. Whether it them all being lined up in mulgore and the taurens trampling them or maybe their own ingenuity will blow them all up, either way sounds good to me. :D

I love the draenei male dance so much, my (probably unnecessary) bank alt is one so he can dance for me when i have a bad day 8D /hide

Hey, I see I'm not the only one who finds the Gnome dance really hilarious. I just love to see them spank! Really, they make my day. The human dance was fun at first but it became a bit boring after a while. YET nothing is as boring as the human female dance. La Macarena? For real? Yeah it was big in the 90's but... that dance is just as dull as their "flirt" phrases. Really, one of my dreams is to read a patch note and see "Human female flirts and Dance have been improved"...

I guess I'm the odd one out because I absolutely can not stand the male draenei dance. Not sure why, but it just bothers me. I don't mind any of the other dances, but I never dance on my male draenei toons.

They all suck. When I look at all the machinima out there, I notice the only time they pull Alliance toons to use in dance sequences is for comedy or parody. Look at Cranius & Summergale in "Ulduar", and ask yourself if they could have pulled that video off using Alliance dances. The only Alliance dance worth anything is the draenei female. The rest of them need to be reworked. An earlier comment about teh human female flirts is spot-on, too. While they're at it, they can rework the /silly options for human females too.

Come to think of it, Dwarf culture is really weird. Scottish accents ("I'll take swords for $500, Alex!"), German beer culture, Cossack dance... definitely the most jumbled culture in-game.

The irony about this is that the male dwarf dance isn't really a cossack dance. Believe it or not, it's actually part of John Travolta's dance from Saturday Night fever, the same dance sequence from which the human male dance was taken. Don't believe me?
