I don't know but for me leveling still goes too slow. I know i know it's not meant to be a quick process but I just can't sit down for an entire day and level. I can only do it for an hour or two maybe and I'll be back on my 80 druid. Granted the shoulders look very sexy and they do make leveling faster...Now if we could only get more +exp bonuses that stacked....

There is a rhythm to leveling that you have to find. As an alliance altaholic, I can grab 3-5 levels every couple hours once I hit level 20 and can usually get to 20 in about 4 hours. The biggest thing if to have several quests at a time. You will find that with the improved quest exp, you may go from just into lvl 33 to just short of dinging 35 if you have the right set of quests in your log to turn in all at once. You just have to have a feel for the areas you need to go to, and knock out the quests in the correct order.
I have never used any of the leveling adds, but I would guess they work very much in the same way for maximizing time. You may consider them, hell I still get like a little kid lost at Wal-Mart from about level 51-58 until I reach OL and just can't figure out the most effecient place to level that chunk.
