The demo-lock's Decimation is also execute-ish. Weaving Incinerates/SBs with Soul Fire is intense.

Fire Mages also get Molten Fury, increasing damage on targets under 20%.

When glyphed Spriests' sw:d has an execute effect even though it is relatively minor.

Combat Rogues sort of have an "execute range", the talent Prey on the Weak, but it depends on their health relative to the boss's health rather than a flat 20%. As long as the boss has a lower percentage of health than the Rogue does, the Rogue gets 20% increased damage when all five talent points are taken.
