The Daily Quest: Sometimes simple is best

We here at WoW.com are on a Daily Quest to bring you interesting, informative and entertaining WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
- This Saturday, the guild Exodus will be joining Stompalina and crew on the Rawrcast. It kicks off immediately after our own podcast, so give it a listen!
- Part seven of Too Many Annas' epic Angrathar fiction has been posted.
- James Peripheral, one of WoW.com's user bloggers, tells the world why he plays MMOs. Why? Family.
- Big Hit Box supplies some very basic tips for players new to grouping as melee. All of you new Death Knights and Retribution Paladins might want to take a look. Ret Vets get a pass.
- Do you have children that play WoW? Are you concerned that they might be seeing things in chat channels that they shouldn't be? NoStockUI has some suggestions for the parent that wants their child's game experience to be a little safer.

Ya know, for the most part i've been skipping over the daily quest. There's usually so much to read on Wow.com alone i can't find the time to read many other websites. Bet, being bored as i am right now, i went and checked out some of these - I think it's really awesome that so many people in the WoW Community and connect so well and invite each other to other websites like this - Thanks WoW.com!

Don't you mean "We here at WoW.com"? Or is this still technically wow insider? /confusedbythenamechange

I apologize for my brief identity crisis.

Just to be clear Alex, you are not a website on the internet. You're a real human being.

I'd rather be afraid that children might be SAYING things in the chat channel that they shouldn't be, thus causing my account to be banned.
Really, todays kids' potty mouths are most probably innate. I suggest we sew their lips together and amputate their fingers, and perhaps maroon them at Delta Vega while we're at it. Absolute obscenity corrupts absolutely, and I'm afraid that our offspring is already corrupted beyond repair.

Forget half-full or half-empty--the glass isn't even there for you, is it?
Endless Jun 4th 2009 7:45AM
That's almost spot-on. Although my approach is more like this:
Some people say: "The glass is half full."
Some people say: "The glass is half empty."
And I say: "Hey, who drank from my glass?!" :-)

Concerned about what kids see? I'm 37 and will download some of the chat filter add ons. I just turn off most channels when in capital cities there is so much stupidity going on.
