As of recently, the quest for the achievement is "Bomb them again" and opens after only one or two pre-quests which can be researched on Wowhead.

The article's been amended to reflect this after running an alt to Ogri'la to confirm. Nice pickup! The only thing I could recall seeing Blizzard doing recently with Ogri'la was "fixing" the Grim(oire) Business quest so as not to require 5 people.

Fortunately this makes the achievement significantly faster for anyone without the Ogri'la chain from previous years.
