As a melee class if I tell you I'm at 7% hit and you tell me to get hit capped I'm going to tell you to F yourself. It's your responsibility as a raid leader if you're going to be judging stats to understand exactly how people are going to be min/maxing if you're going to pass judgment. However if the Draenei is walking around with 6% thinking they're hit capped with another Draenei then you should let them know that it doesn't work that way. Also I've never heard of wanting unbuffed stats minus even self buffs, self buffs are implied because it's the base stats you bring. It's absurd to assume that a druid would ever be without mark of the wild. Also outdps the gold cap for any one location (per char, gbank) is the value of a signed 32bit integer which is like 240k something.

If it were me, I would tell you to eff yourself for playing Alliance in the first place no matter what your hit cap was. Secondly, while probability does come into play here, what happens when there isn't a Draenei in the group and then you get kicked out for not just being hit capped in the first place?

You obviously don't play alliance, Draenei are like the most popular race next to Humans. I have never been in a 25man raid with less than 3 Draenei and usually much more.
