I am curious to know what exactly the criteria is for "phasing out" when doing a "For the Alliance run. I lead these runs quite often on my server (2-3 times a week) and am actually getting to be known as the go to guy for getting a Black War Bear and/or just going to harass the opposing faction. Problem is, I usually have 5-10 people that start crying about how they can't see anyone in the raid anymore once we enter Org and UC, a direct result of Blizzards phasing. I tried to remedy this by first letting no one under lvl 77 join and then by requiring all participants to have the "Veteran of Wrathgate" achievement when that didn't work, but this seems irrelevent since a member that completed the quest last night hadn't yet obtained the achievement. So what's the exact criteria for not being phased out and do the Horde have this issue when completing "For the Horde"?
