The windows in Vezaxx's room are representative for each old God.4 of the windows are intact, showing the living Old Gods: Yogg-Saron, and two as yet Un-named Gods still sealed away in the Maelstrom (presumably controlling the Murlocs (referred to as "Deepest Lord" by Brann Bronzebeard, and the other God manipulating the Naga via Azshara). The female figure with the cloak, as far as I can figure, is either Sara, or a third Old God not known of yet. I dont think its Azshara herself, as she is not an Old God, despite the lore saying she is probably equal in power to Arthas now.The two broken windows are C'thun and the Master's Glaive corpse.

Link to source supporting this info? I'm curious where it came from.

I don't have a link, at least none that I can find on WoWwiki. My own observations put that together. The room before an Old God, featuring stained glass portraits that looks very reminiscent of Old Gods. Two old gods are dead, two of the windows have been shattered. We know that multiple Old Gods were and are still chained below the Maelstrom (War of the Ancients trilogy), and one is still-to-be-killed-in-lore Yogg in Ulduar. 4 surviving windows for the 4 old gods. there is a decent symmetry of the thing.
