We are higher leveled, those mobs are still 60-70 elites, we got gear that can't be compared to raids during TBC.

The only "exploit" I see is someone using the fact they are lvl 80 and higher geared than the mobs in the instance, and running it for cash. Its no different than what I did at 40 or so when I started soloing SFK for gold. Its no different than someone paying a high leveled toon to take them through a dungeon.

Unless those chests could spawn with Lich King level loot, and people were going through knowing that. That would be an exploit.
