I saw this exploit while I was grinding Settek Halls for rep (didn't get to exalted in the BC).

You get into the instance, avoid all mobs (extreamly easy, I was able to reach the last boss of Auchenai Crypts without aggroing a single mob (mag'har quest)), loot the chests (about 6g and a green/blue item), leave the instance, reset it, and start again.

I didn't try it (I was interested in rep, and clearing settek halls is more than 100g, enough for me), but I supose it could be used to get some easy money.
