MD transfers the agro of 3 shots out of the 60+ we do in 30 seconds. At least they won't generate threat for us, but what about the remainder of the shots?

We can't do as much DPS on this boss as we can on any boss where feign death works. If we try, we risk pulling agro, and probably wiping the raid when she AOEs everyone next to us.
