@Robert MThe rolling lifebloom while maintaining initial buffs practice was nerfed in 3.0, just before WotLK came out. Lifebloom now calculates its bonuses per tick. DoTs work largely the same way, but there are some exceptions. From page 19 of the Elitist Jerks Shadowpriest Basics discussion, 5/15/09: http://elitistjerks.com/f77/t37074-shadowpriest_basics/p19/#post1241078"Here's what IS recalculated on a per-tick basis (when I last tested it anyway); Damage% debuffs on the target like CoEl, Earth and Moon, Ebon Plague etc. I haven't checked (so I could be wrong) but something like Singed on Hodir would probably work like this too. Here is what is recalculated when a DoT is refreshed: Spellpower.Everything else (crit rating, crit% buffs, crit% debuffs, damage% buffs etc) are only calculated when the DoT is actually cast."
