Hohohohoh. Yes this completely transforms lvl 19 WSG, which is mostly populated by twink rogues and the odd twink warrior. They're not gonna be happy, some of those peeps have more /played time on those twinks than the average lvl 80.
I wonder if this is an oversight and or intentional consequence. Given they have been so careful with the community prior, I'm thinking it's an oversight.

The sooner twinks stop playing, the sooner BG's will be enjoyable while leveling.

It's not an oversight. I'm sorry to disappoint you by announcing that you didn't manage to out-think the collective minds at Blizzard. ;) They know very well that this means druid travel form (and hunter aspect, etc) at 19. They know it'll affect players, for most classes in a positive way. Yes, the 19 twink rogues will cry rivers of QQ - they dislike when any change means that they might actually have to play competitively - the whole idea of BGs in the first place.

Knowing that Blizz knows that 16 < 19 isn't exactly a leap of faith. ;)

It wasn't that long ago that they nerfed the twinks with the introduction of new level requirements on enchants, causing many twink enchants to be disabled until they reach a higher level.

I'm actually glad Blizz in finally making changes that crack down on twinks. They took the 19 battlegrounds away from untwinked toons (new players and alts of poor/frugal mains alike). I think a lot of new players over the last few years have found their way into 19 WSG once or twice, and then never returned to the battlegrounds because it's such a miserable experience. Once upon a time, the 19 battlegrounds were a fun stop in leveling your character, and an opportunity to get a couple nice pieces of gear before you continued leveling.
