I hate to sound mean, but your comparison of the Nesingwary gun and the Accursed bow doesn't take into account that every stat on the bow is important for a hunter who is starting Naxx, especially if you're SV. Even though it's less crit per point ill gladly take Agi over crit strike (just like how I'll take Agi over AP) due to it scaling with buffs, Lightning Reflexes and Expose Weakness. Also that haste is especially helpful if you don't have your Steady's at the right speed. And for Survival the Stamina also contributes to AP, obviously not a fixed amount but you could argue that the AP loss from this is much less than 10. But quite frankly, if you are a Dwarf or another spec, then this is merely a sidegrade if you already have the gun.
