As far as the Yogg nerfs go, that's fairly game changing for phase one, and will make the encounter much easier. On one hand, these changes will largely not affect the One Light in the Darkness hard mode - Hodir isn't a likely candidate for being left up as I would argue Freya or Mimiron are - but it makes learning the fight significantly easier and much more forgiving if Hodir won't try to wipe the raid for you (you can always click off the buff, but that typically means dying instantly if your healers don't know that it happened). The Mind Control was much more of an annoyance than anything else, and Priest/Shaman combo in our raid had an easy enough time dealing with it.The Flame Leviathan change effectively puts Orbit-uary within farming distance for most guilds - Hodir's ridiculous speed decrease is probably the hardest part of the encounter to deal with in tandem to Mimiron's flame trails - on top of the decrease in health and the much easier ability to break people out of the ice (not that they should be frozen anyway, but FL is probably the easiest encounter in Ulduar, so I can understand that it might be a bit more forgiving).
