Mount changes to make is easier. Making Heroics easier. Constant nerfing of raids to make easier. Blizzard must be starting to hurt because all their changes to mainstream and get more money is starting to bite them. Just found out 3 more of my friends that started when the game came out in 04 have quit now. The next change will be the name of WoW. World of Face-craft? Maybe World of MySpace-craft? In the way its going, the next xpac will be a social network with game added and raids are done for you. The only reason for gear is to play dress up with your "doll" while talking in Dalaran or what ever the next new social networking town will be.
