Not sure if anyone will read a comment this far back, but hey...had to post that there is one very awesome use for Amplify magic.

When dueling, right as the last couple numbers are counting down to the start of the duel, cast Amplify Magic on your opponent. Even if they notice it pop up they have to divert their attention at the very beginning to get rid of the buff. Dirty? yes : )

I'd suggest only using it as a joke...if you're really trying to improve yourself through dueling, don't do this.
