Betcha they're "adding" the epic gems that don't have a source yet. Just take a look at Wowhead for "dreadstone".

Interesting thought and very plausible. Maybe Alchemists will finally get that Eternal Might listed on Wowhead we've all been waiting for. They may wait on that one until Icecrown though.
