Wait a sec... Are you telling me they're buffing Jewelcrafting because Jewelcrafting is getting a buff?

No, they're telling you that the jewelcrafter-only features of jewelcrafting are getting a buff because the accessible-to-everyone-via-the-AH features of jewelcrafting are getting a buff
