If you're talking about how there's only 1 "Gnomish Engineering" pattern in Wrath, and 1 "Goblin Engineering" pattern and comparing that to LW/BS etc. then you seem to be a bit confused.... Unlike the two Engineering specializations, there are NO NEW UNIQUE LW specialization patterns. All the new patterns are learnable by ALL leatherworkers, be they Dragonscale, Elemental, or Tribal.

It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine. I worked hard grinding whelps in Dustwallow for those dragonscales to learn my super-special LW spec. It's disappointing that it's now completely worthless in Wrath.
