What makes Turn the Tables better is the diminishing returns on Master Poisoner. Yes, 45% better rate, but if on a fast dagger, if with enough hit, you can restack it very fast negating the need for the extra proc rate. Thus, the first point of Master Poisoner is the most valuable. The last 2, not so much. As your gear improves, you'd use less and less of Master Poisoner.
