I think its fun to get a whisper "can you tank?" or "can you heal?" when you aren't even specced that way. I'll be running around Dalaran and someone will ask me if I want to come tank a boss in Naxxramas. I'm a ret paladin. People only give me ret gear. I can't just pop epic tanking gear out of thin air.
