Remember, the Hardcores are very vocal, and their ego is hurting right now.

They have realized that the game now belongs to the casuals, and that does not feel good.

Bottomline, casuals far outnumber hardcores, and last time I checked, we pay the same money each month. That makes casuals far more important as a customer base.
