In BC running Kara was popular because you could get Badges of Justice that was the single currency throughout BC, its the same thing except T9 is still going to have a separate currency that is much harder to obtain as a non T9 raider. They are allowing people to play catch up a little bit so maybe more people can do the new raid. Its part of the new plan to have more people see the content. This is the model they have been talking about and pushing since wrath came out. Get used to it and save your QQ for something else you wont be able to change.
