I do agree with most of the healers here. Although from my experience most hunters that are in a solid raid team would not use it. Also being a hunter I have noticed that once you are on a raid team with healers that know you and your play style, they do help keep the pet up with out asking. Also it is your job to spec it correctly to balance between dps and damage mitigation. Balls to the wall dps pets are great but they don't do near the dps of a pet that can last the fight. This was a mistake I made early in my wow career. And add in "Heart of the Phoenix". I must admit this article feels very last year. Thats just my opinion.
